How long does approval take?
Most trade accounts are approved within 24 hours. In rare cases, it may take up to 2 business days if we need additional verification.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF files only. Files must be 300 DPI, with 0.125" bleed if your design extends to the edge, and a maximum file size of 75MB.
Can I get pricing before registering?
Pricing is only visible to approved trade customers. Register for a free account to access our wholesale pricing and product catalog.
What if my files need revisions?
Our prepress team will notify you with detailed notes. You can upload revised files in your order dashboard, and we'll review the new version within 1 business day.
Do you offer pickup options?
